3. What is the difference between Custom Controllers and Ready-to-Ship Mods?

Ready-to-Ship Mods are fully pre-upgraded modified controllers in stock, which can be shipped within 48 hours globally without waiting for production.

Custom Controllers are fully personalized products built according to your selection of shell color, engraving pattern, micro switches and mainboard models, which require a longer production cycle.

All two types have full professional competitive mods, there is no difference in hardware quality, only the waiting delivery time is different.

4. Are all core modification functions free of extra fees?

All competitive core mods are standard free upgrades. Only special gradient paint shells and personalized complex engraving will generate a small extra customization fee, which will be clearly displayed on the product page before checkout.

5. How to handle damaged or defective controllers after receiving?

If your controller has factory defects, you can collect all faulty products within a fixed cycle and send them back to our China warehouse in batches. We provide unified maintenance or free replacement service, local partners do not need to bear maintenance work.
